We have two event space areas here at Heirloom Market.  Upstairs in our mezzanine area we can accommodate up to 35 people.  We also have our front room which can seat up to 100 people. Both of these spaces are available to rent during our normal business hours for a rental fee of $200 for 4 hours.

Rental fee for events held outside of our normal business hours is $100 per hour. This would include rental of the mezzanine space, the front room and/or any of the available open space in the market and café area as well.

We do all of the catering for events here at the Market and we also do off site catering as well. We do not allow outside caterers. Our talented chefs will work with you to create the perfect menu. We pride ourselves on the ingredients we use in our kitchen  and source locally and organically whenever possible. All ingredients such as fruits and veggies are subject to change due to seasonality. Our baked goods are made with organic flour and organic sugar, farm fresh eggs and dairy and local cheeses too. Our meats are all uncured, antibiotic free and from clean local farms. Everything is made from scratch on premise. Our coffee is from Giv Coffee Roasters in Canton, CT.

If there is anything you might want to change, add, switch, just let us know, we will do everything we can to make this event everything you hope and more.

We supply tables and chairs and have some options for décor as well. We have 6, 8ft wooden tables, quite a few basic 6’ folding tables and we have plenty of basic plastic folding chairs. We also supply disposable paper goods such as napkins, utensils, plates, and cups. If your event requires more tables and seating than we have on hand or if you would like to upgrade to bamboo, china, or real silverware and linens, there will be additional rental fees involved.

We do not have a liquor license and so cannot offer alcoholic beverages. You can however bring in your own alcoholic beverages. Our liquor liability insurance requires us to serve the alcohol so there is an additional $50 per hour charge for that. This fee includes the bartender, plastic tumblers, ice, and beverage napkins.

We require a 50% deposit once an event contract has been approved.

Below are a few sample menu ideas with pricing per person. Any of the options can be combined to create a family style luncheon or brunch or we can create stations for more of a standing and mingling “cocktail party” event.

We create the “mocktail” part of your cocktail using freshly squeezed organic juices and garnishes, all-natural sodas and tonics to accompany your BYOB wine or liquor
